Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing digitalquiver.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DigitalQuiver provides digital commerce services including Amazon FBA management, KDP publishing, Merch by Amazon design, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, dropshipping store setup and management, and video editing. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined on each service page and confirmed at order placement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information required to complete the service.
  • Providing necessary access (e.g. Seller Central, ad account access) within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within the revision window.
  • Ensuring the service you are ordering complies with the policies of the relevant platform (Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.).

4. Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed and verified before work begins. For advance payment orders, the remaining balance must be paid before final delivery. We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if payment is not received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created for you become your property. DigitalQuiver retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not claim ownership over any materials you provide to us.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business data, and account access as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete the service (e.g. a freelance designer under NDA).

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalQuiver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, platform suspensions, or ad account restrictions caused by platform policy changes beyond our control.

8. Platform Compliance

All services are provided in good faith and in accordance with platform guidelines at the time of delivery. DigitalQuiver is not responsible for changes to platform policies (Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.) that may affect results after delivery.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service arrangement with 14 days written notice. For project-based services, termination mid-project will be handled per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
